ABOUT PRAIANO
Praiano is known to be the heart of the Amalfi Coast as it is located in a quiet area between Positano and Amalfi.
The strong point of this little town is it its authenticity. Praiano with its many starting points it is also home of the Path of Gods.
It was an ancient fishing village however also farming it something very common in the area. Today it’s still possible to get to know locals that go fishing or look after their gardens and eat in amazing restaurants that use local fresh products.
Views from Praiano are amazing, particularly at Sunset. It enjoys of views overlooking the Sea, Positano, Li Galli Island and Capri.
The sun during the summer period, disappear behind the Faraglioni Stacks of Capri and it is something unique to see, definitely not to miss.
There are 2 ancient Sarancens Towers in Praiano and two beaches: La Gavitella and La Praia.
The dish of the tradition we love to recommend is called: Totani and Patate (squid & Potatoes) order it, and you will not be disappointed.

LA SOVRANA HOUSE
This property features three sea view terraces with wood fired oven, rocking chair and an inflatable hydromassage thub.
Casa la Sovrana is surrounded by the greenery of close gardens.
The hydromassage and the relaxation area are the strong point of the structure.
The location is quiet and convenient. A private parking is a great advantage for those arriving by car and it only costs ten euro per day. From the parking point, there are about 100 steps to reach the property.
Through a pedestrian street it is possible to reach the center of the village in about 5-10 minutes.
The house is organized on one level and includes the following features:
• Rooftop with solarium, inflatable hot thub with hydromassage
• Sea view (open from 11th April to 19th October)
• Terrace with wood fired oven barbecue and table with chairs to dine outside
• Entrance from the living room with dining area, furnished with a sofa bed
• Kitchen with table for 4 people
• Double bedroom (queen size bed) with access to the sea view terrace with table and chairs

• 2 complete bathrooms with shower - one with Jacuzzi bath.
• The bus stop is right in front of the parking, right below the property.

DIMORA TIPICA
Casa Dimora Tipica is located in the east side of Praiano. It enjoys of spectacular sea views on Conca dei Marini and Torre Sciola (the Saracen tower located in La Praia Beach), from where you can admire a spectacular sunrise.The house has a large solarium with sunbeds, table and chairs.
The bedroom is recently renovated, has a queen size bed and a single bed. This house is perfect for 2 people however an extra bed is available for a third person. There is a kitchen fully equipped and a bathroom.
The location is quite and convenient, there are 50 steps to reach the house from the main road
where the car can be parked (within white lines the parking space will be free of charge or within the blue lines , the cost in this case will be 2euro x hour / 14euro for a full day).
Within a walking distance there are grocery stores, restaurants and bus stops.

CASA ULIVO
Casa Ulivo is the ideal place to rediscover your intimacy, immersed in a unique contest where you can spend yourself in the great beauty of a glass of wine,overlooking the sea. It is located in the east side of Praiano. It enjoys of spectacular sea views,where you can admire a spectacular sunrise.
The house have a solarium with sunbeds,table and chairs.
The bedroom is recently rinnovated, have a double bed and a sofa. There are also a kitchen full equipped and a bathroom. The location is quite and convenient,there are 15 steps to the street where you can park the car on the white line (free of charge) or blu line (you must pay the ticket).
The entire space is covered with free and unlimited WIFI connectivity.
Furthermore,out guests will have all the comforts available to guarantee them an even more pleasant stay on the site.

It is located in the east side of Praiano. It enjoys of spectacular sea views on Conca dei Marini and Torre Sciola (A Saracen ancient tower of Marina di Praia Beach). From casa Edera you can admire a spectacular sunrise.
The house has a small terrace with table and chairs. The bedroom has a double bed. There are also a kitchen fully equipped and a bathroom. These are located in one space.
The location is quite and convenient, there are 10 steps to the street where you can park the car on the white line (free of charge) or witin the blue line (you must pay the ticket of 2 euro per hour of 14 euro for a full day). The entire space is covered with free and unlimited WIFI connectivity.

My Name is Nicola, I am 25 years old, I was born in Praiano and I am a local. I will be your host and I will be available for anything you might need.
The houses you see today were once upon a time, the houses where my great grandparents used to live.
Back In the ‘50es, they also started to host the first international guests. My grandmother was one of the first ladies of Praiano to host the first tourists visiting the Amalfi Coast.
Today, the houses have all been renovated with some modern furnishing however we loved to keep a certain traditional charm.
